After the photoshoot we provide sorted and, soft edited photos to clients through
google drive link, pen drive, hard disk, and, charging cable.
After delivery of data from H-Wings production if any client share their personal photos or videos
by their own to other people then H-Wings production will not be responsible for that client's any kind of trouble and damage.
1) If you book any regular shoot service from H-Wings Production, such as H-Wings Photography or H-Wings Cinematic, which is charged at ₹1500 per hour, the refund (if applicable) will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.
2) Wedding-Related Services
If you book any wedding-related service and wish to request a refund for any reason, you must inform us within 7 days.
If you request the refund within 7 days, the refund (if applicable) will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.
If you do not request a refund within 7 days, no refund will be provided for wedding-related services.

2.Usage of H-Wings
A detailed explanation of how H-Wings production works.
5 types of photoshoots are done by H-Wings production as follow:
(1) Discount: it the photoshoot is for more than 30 Min, the rate will be ₹800 (30 min).
Studio Charges & Setup: Studio rental charges are not included in the Discount and must be paid separately.
Setup Fee: For indoor studio shoots, there is an additional charge of ₹800 per setup.
Guest Limit Policy: The discounted rate applies to events with a maximum of 70 guests. If the guest count exceeds 70 people, the photography charge will be ₹1,500 per hour.
Usage Restrictions: This Discount is valid for personal events and portraits only. It cannot be used for Weddings or Commercial photography.
Out-of-City Photoshoots: Shoots conducted outside the city limits are not included in the Discount package.
For any photoshoot location outside the city, a fee of ₹1,500 per hour will be charged.
(2) Solo Photoshoot: This service is strictly for a single person at ₹1500/hour. Group photos are not permitted within a solo session. Any extended time beyond one hour will be charged at the hourly rate.
(Group Photoshoot) If you book a group session, the primary focus will be on group photography. Solo shots within this session are limited (we provide a minimum of 3 solo photos).
(Maternity Photoshoot) Participation is restricted to the couple only (maximum 2 people).
(4) Event Photoshoot : This category is for photoshoots involving more than one person. The charge for this category is ₹1500 per hour. If the photoshoot takes longer than one hour, additional time will be charged on an hourly basis at the same rate. This service is also available for both small and large events.
(5) Wedding Photoshoot : This category has 5 types of services.
Traditional Photography, Candid Photography, Traditional Videography, Cinematography, Drone shots.
You can add or remove services as per your needs which will be extra charged.
If a side photographer is required for the wedding shoot or any event, this service will be provided.
This service is generally charged at ₹1800/hour.
If it takes more than one hour, extended time will be charged as per hour amount.
3 types of videoshoot are done by H-Wings production as follow:
(1) Cinematic Videoshoot : In cinematic video shoots, videos are categorized into two types: solo and event. Cinematic videos are also shot in slow motion, and the editing process is straightforward, taking less than 2 minutes.
(2) Traditional Videoshoot : In traditional video shoots, only event videos are captured. These videos are shot in a simple style, and the editing process is straightforward, taking less than 15 minutes.
(3) Reel Videoshoot : In reel video shoots, videos are shot using the solo method. Reel videos are captured in slow motion and a simple style, with editing also done in a straightforward manner. After editing, the reel video is within 40 seconds.
Cinematic, reel, and traditional video services are all charged at ₹1500/- per hour.
An advance payment of 50% is required to avail of any service. It is necessary to inform us at least 2 days in advance to avail of any service. In our wedding services, 70% of the payment is taken as an advance, and the remaining 30% is collected after the completion of the work or delivery of the photos.
